GREEN BIOTECH PROFICIENCY
Understanding the similarities, differences and complementarities of plants and animals and how this understanding translates into technologies that impact agriculture and nutrition.

This course explores the foundations of green biotechnology: plant biology, the essence of photosynthesis, classical plant genetics, cloning, crop improvement techniques, genetic modification of plants, different breeding techniques, and key scientific parameters needed for optimal agriculture.
The 2 day live course will be complemented with engaging web-based Pop-up learning extensions and the possibility to obtain an SBA Academy Proficiency certificate, upon successful examination
